Colorful and Classic and Cute...Oh My!

      It's the Friday before spring break, and I couldn't be more excited! Spring is finally here and that means we can shed our jackets, wear dresses without tights, and finally wear open-toed shoes. This season is all about bright, neon colors, fun hemlines, graphic prints, and beautiful detail. Everything looks so fun, refreshing, and exciting after a winter full of darker shades. The purses this spring are no let down. My favorite trends are the big clutches, the neon colors, and the pint-sized handheld purses! I can't wait to start adding these element to my spring wardrobe!

     Neon colors are HUGE right now. You can wear head-to-toe neon or just throw on a bright bag and you're good to go! I love how carrying a fun, neon bag can totally change your outfit into a springtime look. You can choose an adorable small neon bag or give your outfit a huge dose of bright color, and they both pair wonderfully with your everyday spring essentials!

              Big, structured clutches are so easy to love. They make a fashion statement all on their own and are very conventional. I love the fun straps and patterns of the pictures above. These clutches add a cute, preppy touch to your outfit. I think the structure of the bag would look fabulous with a flowing spring dress.

            My absolute favorite is the smaller purses that have been seen on the runway for spring this year! The Proenza Schouler and Mulberry camera bags are probably the most adorable things I've ever seen. I always carry way to much in my purse anyway, so a little bag is the solution!

       I am in love with the bright colors, huge envelope clutches, and little hand bags of this season! The bag I've got my eye on is the Steven by Steve Madden Crossbody Bag. It's neon, structured, and the perfect size. (and I can actually afford it unlike the other bags above...) I hope you are as excited about spring as I am!
