Spring Beauty Trends: Hair!

I'm super excited about this post because it's about hair! I love the spring trends for hair this year. I don't know about you, but I can get stuck in a hair rut. However, with these fun hair ideas it's so easy to change up your look. Let's all get out of our comfort zones and try a few of these new hairstyles next week!

Sunday: Big Blowout

Issa

Versace

DKNY

Big blowouts are huge right now! (No pun intended...) Blow dry your hair using a big, round brush. For some people this may do the trick, but if your hair needs a little more life use a large curling iron to create big, soft curls. This hair would look great with any outfit, but I think it would be perfect paired with a bright, retro dress. This seems like the perfect Sunday hair. Perfect for church, lunch, and lounging around glamorously.

Monday: Braids and Twist

Valentino

Giorgio Armani

Braids and twists are so intricate and beautiful. A simple way to achieve this look is to french braid one side of your hair back, starting with your bangs, and then to finish it in a messy bun. However, there are tons of beach goddess-like hairstyles that are stunning. This is also the perfect Monday hair. It's quick, out of your face, and perfect for the quickly approaching heat!

Tuesday: Perfect Pony

Ralph Lauren

Hervé Léger

Missoni

Reed Krakoff
These ponytails are much more interesting than your everyday go-to pony. Try curling the ends of your ponytail, using several elastics, only pulling your ponytail half way through, or tying it off with a strip of leather to add dimension to this well- know hairstyle. This look is especially great when you are running out the door and need something chic. Don't be afraid to try a new ponytail look-- the more dramatic the better!

Wednesday: Texturized Waves

Calvin Klein

J Mendel

Isabel Marant
I love this hair! It looks perfectly messy, the right amount of done up and natural. There are a few ways to go about achieving this hairstyle. Loosely curl sections of your hair with a curling iron and run your fingers, or a comb through them. You can also rub a texturizing product through damp hair and then blow dry it using a diffuser. You want it to look like your curls have fallen into the perfect waves. Wednesday, being the middle of the week, deserves a lovely hairstyle, and this is perfect.

Thursday: Embellished Updo

Bottega Veneta

Chanel
An updo with a kick is the perfect look for Thursday. Pull your hair into a low bun and add pearls, flowers, sparkle, or just make your updo a little texturized. This look is so elegant and chic. I love how this hairstyle would be perfect for any occasion.

Friday: Glistening Locks

Giambattista Valli

Diesel Black Gold

Elie Saab

Friday is the last day of week before the weekend. So, go out with a bang and be highly fashionable. This wet hairstyle looks so refreshing and new. To achieve this glistening look, either get your hair damp and then apply hair gel or just apply gel and comb with a wide-toothed comb. I think only applying it to the top and leaving the ends to dry and flowing is the perfect balance. Looking fashionable on Friday is a must for me!

Saturday: Pick your favorite!
On Saturday, reward your hard work of wearing a new hairstyle everyday by sporting your favorite look! Changing up your hair everyday can seem like a lot of work and effort. Trust me, I have the thickest hair ever. However, once you get the hang of these new looks, you'll love having more options. Let me know what new hairstyle you've been wearing lately in the comments below!

Have a fashionable Friday! xoxo
